Meet my little Man!

The Smith's took their first trip to St. Vincent's yesterday to see our little one. I'm 20 weeks along and we found out we're having a boy. I thought we had settled on the name but as it turns out it's up in the air. If you have any suggestions let me know. He is measuring a little bigger than he should so the due date may change. He turned a nice flip for us and showed us the goods. I opted to not show that to the world. Daniel thinks he looks like him. What do you think?

want a dog?

As you know we have two dogs. Meighan and Monroe. Both are sweet and cute. It just turns out one is better in the house than the other and we don't have a fenced in back yard to keep him in. If anyone has a backyard and would like a wire hair Jack Russell terrier, named Monroe, let me know. he is sweet and will love you to death. one draw back- he chases cats. Did i mention he is fixed? Walks great on a leash and loves to go on walks.

Life Update

My pregnancy has been flying and taking my life with it, so it seems. I blinked and I was four months pregnant! I can now feel the baby moving and it is the most wonderful, special feeling. I need to take some photos because the belly has made itself known. It can't be good to be showing like this so soon. Oh well just making a roomy, comfy home for the little one. Daniel and I are still excited and he's been really sweet to me. He lets me make my excuses about how things are "for the baby" and just laughs at me. We are really enjoying each other and our friendship grows more and more every day.

We are going to be building a house in Glencoe and have been doing all the prep work for that. There is no rest for the weary in the Smith household. As soon as we make one major life decision we start thinking about another I guess.

We'll be finding out what we are having March 30! I'll keep you posted.
